Why TGK exists.
Most IT firms in the small-business space sit one of two ways. They're either a help desk reselling someone else's stack — taking tickets, escalating, billing — or they're a project shop, parachuting in for migrations and leaving you holding the bag the day after go-live.
TGK was built to be the third option. An operator's IT firm. The same team that designs your stack runs it. The same hands that pitch you the automation also keep it online at 2am. The same person who quotes the project will pick up the phone six months later when the printer dies.
We exist because Tom kept looking for that kind of firm to hire — and couldn't find one. So he built one, then aimed it at the businesses on the North Shore that needed it most.
